Part of the mission of the Alois Alzheimer Center is to provide educational programs for the community. These programs are designed to help families and caregivers understand the disease process and provide them with information and ideas.

Dr. Cluxton has worked in Gerontology for over 30 years. As a Certified Geriatric Pharmacist, Dr. Cluxton has participated in many clinical trials testing medications to manage and treat the symptoms of dementia. Dr. Cluxton will share his experience and knowledge on the latest medications, as well as how medications can be used to manage the symptoms of Alzheimer’s disease and related dementia.

• Seminar is open to all family caregivers in the community (limit 4 per family, please)
