Re-enrolling only takes a few moments and is completed in a few simple steps:

2. Sign in using your email address and password. If you have forgotten your password, just click on “forgot password” and a link will be sent to
your email to change your password.
3. Enter our organizations five digit NPO number (83519) or the first three letters of our organization’s name, click search.
4. Select The Alois Alzheimer Foundation by clicking on the circle to the left of our name.
5. Save changes

Dr. Cluxton has worked in Gerontology for over 30 years. As a Certified Geriatric Pharmacist, Dr. Cluxton has participated in many clinical trials testing medications to manage and treat the symptoms of dementia. Dr. Cluxton will share his experience and knowledge on the latest medications, as well as how medications can be used to manage the symptoms of Alzheimer’s disease and related dementia.
